SPAVINAW HILLS
Registered Intact Male Llama. $500.00 This one is NOT a gelding. Proven herd sire, 2006: Five breedings, five easy birth, three girls and two boys. (What can we say? He got within eye contact of the females one day...) Great long silky wool. Spavinaw Hills is small in stature, possibly from having been born a little prematurely. ( Spavinaw's father was a very big llama, his offspring will not necessarily be small as their sire.) His size, easy-going temperment and familiarity with people make Spavinaw (known affectionately as "Baby" because he was raised in the house with a diaper) a great pet for a child and easy to handle. Spavinaw Hills learns quickly and he is a very good P.R. llama. As mentioned before, Spavinaw Hills is a very popular breeder among the Lady Llamas, he would make a gentle mate for your favorite female. His long, soft, silky, Grey-brown wool is very pretty and would be an asset to your weaving or spinning.

YOUNGBLOOD'S CONCHO
Registered Show Gelding This playful gelding is for sale, $300.00. Shown here meandering along the bank of the beautiful river that runs through Da-Vin-Dove, Concho is a first class Public Relations Llama. He loves to travel and meet people, has a great temperment, and is gentle with children and llamas alike. Very placid for dress-up, going to crowded human environments or P. R. work, Concho thrills the elderly in nursing homes with his antics and affectionate nature.
With such a gentle nature and personality, Youngblood's Concho is a very good show llama (he's a comedian - the crowds love him) or he can be a companion llama for your Llama harem. Concho and Sophia (shown below) would make an excellent gentle, non-breeding pair for a family wishing to own llamas, but not wishing to become a llama farm. (Llamas are an herd animal, and without companionship of some sort will become lonely and pine away. It is always recommended that a llama have either another llama with which to live or the company of another sort of herd animal.) Please call the Da-Vin-Dove Llama Ranch, 918 253-8555 for an appointment to meet this talented gelding. |
